All clients are required to pay a deposit in order to secure their appointment, failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled and allocated to another client. All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final in-salon bill. If you wish to cancel or make an amendment to your appointment, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice!
